2021 was another record-breaking year in real estate, especially for CENTURY 21 Realty North. In northern Michigan, buyer demand was on fire and agents in every region had to relentlessly work for their clients by battling the lowest inventory in years, escalated bidding wars, and a multitude of other hurdles. Despite the challenges, the CENTURY 21 Realty North rockstar agents succeeded every time.
At our recent banquet, held in Frankenmuth at the Bavarian Inn, awards for personal sales and customer satisfaction were given and celebrated. An incredible amount of work goes into being the best, and we are proud of every member of this CENTURY 21 Realty North family, which has grown to 14 offices strong. Our 98% satisfactory rating by our clients displays that they, also, agree with that assessment that our agents are the best in the business!
The CENTURY 21® System proudly honors notable performers with a diverse series of national awards that honor individual offices and sales associates for outstanding accomplishments, as well as a ranking system that outlines the performance of each individual franchise throughout the county.
This year not only was CENTURY 21 Realty North recognized for outstanding sales production and commitment to quality service by being awarded the prestigious CENTURY 21 President’s Award but out of more than 1,200 individual franchisees in the United States, the brokerage ranked 27th in the nation by units sold & AGC!
2021 notable awards received by the company include:
• The President’s Award. Earned by offices, producers, and teams achieving both CENTURION® level production & Quality Service Pinnacle Award in the same year.
• The CENTURION Award. Earned by offices that achieve or surpass sales production of $2,572,000 or 437 closed transaction sides within a calendar year.
• The Quality Service Pinnacle Award is earned by those offices that receive satisfaction surveys for at least 80% of their consumers.

Also worth noting, our partners in the Traverse City Office ranked #7 in the Nation for units sold & AGC.
